When I checked the room options on 訂房網站, there was no listing for a Family Room with 2 King beds. Because of that, we booked the Deluxe Family Room with 1 King and 1 Single bed, with the option to add an extra bed. However, upon checking in, we discovered that the 2 King beds room was actually available, so we decided to upgrade. Even though I agreed to pay the additional amount, I was charged RM170 per night instead of the usual RM148, as the front desk explained they needed to deduct 訂房網站’s handling fees. Unfortunately, after the upgrade, we found that the room had a leaking issue and the toilet had backflow, which was very disappointing.
